Our company has built a team & developed partnerships with diverse talented and passionate advocates of the biofuels and carbon emissions industry. We aim to cover every sphere of the biofuels market. From plantation, biomass for energy and electricity for CDM projects right through to biofuels refinery and finally distribution. We have the management to become a market leader in the industry.
Our projects will help curb the effects of global warming by meeting rising demand for biofuels. Our project will be CDM eligible, based on the Kyoto protocol to offset carbon in the developed world. These economically beneficial and environmentally positive projects in West Africa will create CER (carbon credits) that we will sell to international markets.
K5 Biofuels works with local people in the developing world ensuring that our biofuel crop plantations are beneficial to the local economy as well as the environment. We also have future development plans to create a R&D wing exploring oil prospects from Algae grown within abandoned diamond mines. Our strategy is to cover all areas of the biofuels industry from growing and production to processing and marketing.
We will achieve this without deforestation or be in conflict with land set aside for food production and never compromise our ethical stance.
